1996: Completed BICS cleaning courses, enhancing his knowledge and skills in the cleaning industry.
2003: Furthered his education with CPC courses at the Open University of Malaya.

1992: Served as a Cleaning Supervisor, gaining valuable on-the-ground experience.
1996: Advanced to the role of Operation Executive, where he honed his operational management skills.
2003: Held the position of Assistance Operation Manager, demonstrating his leadership and managerial capabilities.
